EOTC Annual Youth Conference 2024 Mission

EOTC's Annual Youth Conference 2024 is a gathering of Orthodox Tewahedo Christians from around North America.  Join us for an unforgettable experience that will strengthen your faith and deepen your understanding of the Ethiopian and Eritrean Orthodox Tewahedo Churches.

Event Vision

In the first ever Canada-wide EOTC Youth Conference,, we aim to provide an immersive experience, fostering spiritual growth, community building, and a profound connection with our faith heritage. Our conference, themed "Navigating Faith: Overcoming Challenges in the Orthodox Tewahedo Youth Journey," will cater specifically to English-speaking youth born and raised in the diaspora.

Throughout the conference, attendees will engage in a variety of activities designed to enhance their understanding of our faith and equip them with practical tools to navigate the complexities of modern life. From dynamic sermons delivered by knowledgable clergy members to intimate small group discussions on personal faith journeys, every aspect of the program is crafted to resonate with our youth audience.

In addition, participants will benefit from workshops led by experienced facilitators, addressing pertinent topics such as faith in daily life, building meaningful relationships, and addressing social issues. These workshops will provide valuable insights and practical guidance, empowering our youth to live out their faith authentically in their communities. Through this conference,
